1 ½ tablespoons sour cream

1 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons lemon juice

¼ teaspoon fine salt

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

1 tablespoon minced celery

Directions

Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, Dijon mustard, onion powder, dill, parsley, and celery in a bowl until smooth and well blended.

If you don't have any buttermilk, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice to 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk and allow it to thicken, about 5 minutes or more.
